CUSTOMER CARE
Design clients that order custom furnishings through Clara House and Design will have a personalized experience through your design process and ordering process of your furnishings. Each project requires a custom quote and custom delivery agreement of furnishings tailored to suite the clients needs. Returns and exchanges may be available depending on the brand ordered, custom furniture is non-refundable and not eligible for returns.
Customers purchasing furnishings from ClaraHouseandGarden.com agree to the Return and Exchange Policy per product as each product has a varying return policy depending on the fragility and availability of the product, such as antique, breakable, one-of-a-kind products. Most linens are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of initial shipping date. Each product will be labeled about its individual policy.
